The process of having your curtains and blinds made by Kate
Initial approach by client by phone, email or via Facebook page.
Discussion of what is required and arrange site visit.
At site visit, measure and take photos of windows to be dressed. Discuss fabrics, tracks and poles and curtain/ blind styles.
Quotation (and samples) supplied.
Confirm order and make initial payment.
If client supplying fabric, order and deliver to Kate for checking.
Once fabric received and checked, and initial payment cleared, estimated date for completion advised.
Kate sews furiously, client waits in anticipation!
Fitter booked (if required).
Curtains/blinds completed.
Client advised to pay balance. Once cleared, arrangements made for fitting.
